We generate and execute on opportunities through demand creation and collaboration with the manufacturers we represent. Our customers are Electrical Distributors, Installers, Specifiers and End users covering California and Northern Nevada.
ElectroRep, Inc employs 13 Field Sales professionals. They are assigned geographically by NEMA trading areas to best serve our customer base. Our team has vast experience from a variety of backgrounds which includes working for manufacturers, installers, and distributors. The charter of our sales associates is to represent our Mission, Vision and Values.
Our Service team is comprised of two groups, Office Sales and Customer Support. The Office Sales groups are responsible for pre-purchase order activities such as technical support, quotes, price & availability and order review. We have three primary Office Sales groups: Commodities, TCAS, and Solutions. The Customer Support group is responsible for all post-purchase order activities such as order entry, order review, order follow-up and RMA.
ElectroRep’s strategy is to focus on individual customer needs and to deliver relevant information to help them do their jobs more effectively. We will deliver personal messages, whether they are digital or in-person to educate our partners on Products, Pricing and Promotions.

We are able to document and review all of our prospecting, sales, pre-purchase order and post-purchase order activities to achieve our Mission and Vision. All data is cloud-based and is accessible through any browser, including all mobile devices giving our team instant access to information to best serve our customers.
