Office Sales Team

The Inside Sales team responsibility is to service and execute activities that happen prior to order entry.  These activities include providing pricing, product availability, quotes, technical support,  SPA management, purchase order preparation and product training.   We have three primary Inside Sales groups which include Commodities, Eaton and Solutions.  All employees within a group are trained to handle each of the tasks.  While there are specialists within each group, our philosophy is be able to handle a customer request as quickly and efficiently as possible.  The best way to communicate with our teams is through the group email or by calling us directly.

Customer Support Team

Our Customer Support group is responsible for purchase order entry and for handling many activities that happen after a purchase order has been placed with a manufacturer. These activities include order review, shipping information, order follow-up, expediting material, and return authorizations. Our support team has direct access to both our manufacturer’s systems and their internal team to help us get the information that is needed to solve a customer issue.
