Recently, we’ve established a new sales group to focus specifically on energy solutions. The California marketplace continues to change rapidly, with the new Title 24 becoming effective on January 1, 2020, more and more local jurisdictions implementing reach codes and market channels evolving. Customers are looking for innovative solutions across a range of areas, and are asking their manufacturer reps, electrical distributors and contractors for more product and solution support.
Our new Energy Group is led by a team of seasoned professionals, and anchored by RAB, an industry leader in high quality, affordable, well-designed and energy-efficient LED lighting and controls that make it easy for distributors to sell, electricians to install and end users to save energy.
Helping to spearhead this new group are two industry experts who we recently welcomed on board at ElectroRep. Zach Mix and Randy Molina bring extensive backgrounds in the lighting and controls sector of the energy efficiency marketplace, with experience in product development and technical support that our customers will find extremely valuable.
Zach has spent the past several years working for commercial LED lighting and lighting controls manufacturers during a transformative period in the industry fueled by ever improving LED and energy efficiency technology. He has garnered strong business development experience, marketing knowledge, and critical technical background allowing him to guide partners to make informed decisions on their energy projects. In his spare time, Zach loves spending time outdoors surfing, hiking, biking, snowboarding and doing anything related to enjoying nature with his wife, family, and friends.
Randy brings 25 years of experience from Wattstopper and Legrand at all levels of technical sales and support, most recently as Director of Technical Support.
