Ron Haedt
CEO
During Ron Haedt’s 33-year career in the electrical
industry, he has served 12 years on the Board of
Directors of the National Electrical Manufacturers
Representatives Association (NEMRA) and as its
chairman in 2000. In addition, Ron has served on
over 20 Representative Advisory Boards for
manufacturers such as Cooper Industries, Southwire,
PW Eagle and on National Distributor boards at
Graybar and WESCO.
After being awarded the GEM Award by Electrical
wholesaling for outstanding contributions to the
industry, Ron served on several National Electrical
Distributors Association (NAED) committees
developing the future of the electrical industry.

Kelly Boyd
President
Raised in the industry, Kelly Boyd has spent over 20
years in distribution, manufacturing and
representation. As the President of Electrorep,
Kelly has developed the expansion and managed the
growth of the Southern California division. Kelly
has also worked with the management team to
streamline our internal systems to position our
company for anticipated future growth and expansion
into new markets. Kelly has served on the NEMRA
Board of Directors for 5 years, as
Treasurer/Secretary in 2007 and Chairman-elect in
2008. Mr. Boyd is involved with many manufacturer
representative councils. Kelly earned his CPMR in
2003 and supports continuing education in
professional selling skills as an acting trustee for
MRERF (mrerf.org). Kelly also currently sits on the
NAED Education and Research Foundation Board of
Directors. Since graduating from the Certified
Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR)
program at Arizona State in 2002, Kelly has
established a vision that will continuously drive
Electrorep’s success in the future. |

Damiko Dickson
Vice President of
Operations
Damiko is the newest addition to the management team
at Electrorep. With her experience and educational
background in Human Resources Management, Damiko has
developed systems of training and communication that
exceed all industry requirements. |
