Electrorep, Inc. is a company dedicated to challenging the traditional boundaries that face the Electrical Industry. Through a strategic planning process we provide insight on deeper penetration into the markets served by our sales team, our principals, and our end customers. Electrorep, Inc. utilizes a values based selling approach and this planning process to maximize our mutual return on investment of time (ROIT) and to maintain a long term focus on trends challenging the industry.
 
The core markets we intend serve are the commercial construction markets in the electrical industry with additional focus on the industrial, OEM and residential electrical markets where product or end customer synergies provide opportunity for sales growth and diversification.
 
Electrorep, Inc is driven with the goal of becoming the most progressive and professional outsourced field sales and marketing organization in the Electrical Industry. We are actively involved in national, regional and local organizations that provide us insight to industry trends. Consultative selling requires that we continue to look forward and continue to embrace change as it occurs then a responsibility to communicate the requirements for success to our channel partners.
 
Electrorep, Inc. views wholesale distribution as a critical part of the selling equation. It is the best use of our resources to add value through selling and creating demand for distribution. It is not our function to supplement distribution and add cost into an already cost burdened system. Therefore we do not believe that a manufacturer’s rep serving the California marketplace is required to stock product. Electrorep, Inc. focuses on helping our customers purchase more efficiently. We work closely with our principals to address market demands and to develop systems in getting products and services to market effectively to meet the needs of the end customer.
 
To execute this business model it is imperative that Electrorep, Inc. continually evaluate our customers and our principals and manage our growth. The primary way that we accomplish this is by limiting the number of principals we represent. We are realistic in the paths to market that we pursue. Through a vision based on strategic long term intent, we match up the business cultures and relationships for our principals with customers in our market area to meet specific goals and ultimately gain marketshare.
 
The State of California is made up of eight distinct sales territories, most efficiently centralized on one central point of contact. Electrorep management believes in investing in new technology and more importantly in our people. We strive to be prepared for the trends that face an ever changing industry. We do not intend to be geographically restricted to market opportunities for growth where our principals and mutual customers are under represented.
